Longfield Academy has a fantastic opportunity to appoint a College Administrator, joining us from September 2024.

Our successful candidate will be pivotal to the smooth running of the small college, providing highly effective support to the School Office and the Senior Leadership Team. Whilst previous experience of working in a school office is desirable, this is not essential as the successful candidate will have the flexibility to turn their hand to any admin-related task in this varied role.

The College Administrator will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues, the Local Authority and the wider Trust both confidentially and collaboratively.

The successful candidate will be professional, personable and committed to providing an excellent service and above all else will have a positive work ethic and can-do attitude. Our new team member will also have a passion to work within the education sector; previous experience in a school environment is advantageous.

This position offers an actual salary ranging between £18,984 per annum (£22,072 full time equivalent), commensurate with experience, based on 37 hours per week, Term Time plus one week inset.
