We are currently looking for an experienced and forward thinking part time HR Adviser to join our amazing, enthusiastic team who all share a passion for being ambitious, working hard and having fun. We would love for you to hit the ground running, and we will provide you with all the support you need to help you achieve this. The role is to cover a period of maternity leave working 30 hours a week, term time plus INSET days, from 1st September 2024. We’re a flexible team, we don’t mind how you spread those 30 hours across the week, but you can expect to work most of them within our Schools, with an element of working from home too.

Our days are fast paced, often challenging but always rewarding. Collectively as a team we provide a first class, professional and efficient service to all the schools in the Trust whilst supporting and underpinning the Trust values of transforming children’s futures, empowering families and strengthening communities.

You will provide day to day generalist advice and guidance to our people and leaders, on all aspects of HR and employee relations, alongside the rest of our Team.

Have an in depth knowledge of HR policies, practices and legislation
Ideally have an understanding of the education industry
Have excellent relationship building skills

Have very strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy

Have a minimum CIPD Level 5
