We're offering an incredible opportunity to join our team as an Administrator (Apprentice), supporting the crucial work of our EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) Admissions department. This is a busy, varied role perfect for someone looking to build their administrative skills while making a real impact on students' lives.

This position offers an actual salary of £11,805 per annum (£13,725 full time equivalent) based on 37 hours per week (8.00am - 4.00pm), Term Time + 1 week. You will also undertake a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship delivered by LAT Apprenticeships and whilst the role is initially offered on an 18 month contract, there is every intention to make permanent thereafter based on successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.

Working weeks: Monday - Friday, Term Time + 1 week inset
Total hours per week (on average): 37 hours per week (including the 20% training element of the Apprenticeship Programme)
Apprenticeship duration: 18 months approx.
Programme delivery type: All modules are delivered as online learning which can be completed at your place of work
Start date: As soon as possible
Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level Apprenticeship (Level 3)

Working with us at Snowfields Academy: Snowfields Academy opened in September 2020 as a new secondary provision for students with ASD. When full we will offer 140 places across year groups 7-13 for young people who are working at or close to age-related expectations. Class sizes are small with 12/13 in each class, supported by 2-3 teaching assistants according to need. We offer a range of GCSEs and other qualifications for young people on a blend of academic and vocational pathways.

The academy benefits from being a brand new school with a design tailored to the students it provides for, carefully considered to make the most of both its inside and outside environments in order to enhance the learning of its students. The environment supports specialisms in horticulture and catering with a purpose-designed teaching kitchen, servery and cafe, and internal and external horticulture facilities supporting our students into employment. We will work closely with local businesses to offer an outstanding range of work experience opportunities and supported internships.
