Customer Service Coordinator - Providing Exceptional Service!

Kings Hill, West Malling

£22,000

Hybrid - 2 days in the office - 3 days home

Are you a people-oriented individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously? Join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator and be a part of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued customers!

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information.
* Maintain customer accounts, update information, and manage orders, returns, and exchanges.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communication for documentation and reporting purposes.
* Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers, and cross-sell or upsell products as appropriate.
* Continuously improve customer service skills, product knowledge, and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a coordination or support role.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
