This position will be to work within the Customer Service and Product Support team, day to day, the role may look like:
Being the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and processing them
Providing technical support and guidance for products and services
Generate quotes
Liaise with suppliers
Demonstration of products
Process of orders, updating and navigating CRM
Invoicing
A successful candidate for this role will have 1+ year office experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and organisational skills.
Ideally candidates will have some experience in broadband, telecommunications or similar!!!
