An exceptional and industry leading brand is on the lookout for a NEW Customer Service Manager in their offices in Tonbridge. They are a thriving and modern company, that prides themselves on great customer service, seamless quality and progression. A hardworking yet relaxed environment with a dedicated nature towards efficiency and great service!
This position will be to look after a busy team of 10 Customer Service Administrators, offering a range of services and operational planning across the company.
Duties:
• Liaise with customers regarding orders, repairs and quotes
• Tracking, reporting and closing orders and repair jobs
• Work with internal teams ensuring coordination with orders and processes
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting a trusted adviser and first point of contact
• Oversee and support junior staff with training, guidance and processes
• Provide a seamless service to customers nationwide
Mon – Fri 9-5 in excellent offices in Tonbridge!!
With parking!
Salary £50,000-60,000

A successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate strong prior experience in leading a team with exposure to duties named above.
