Customer Service Administrator

Responsibilities:
* Efficiently working with internal systems and maintaining accurate records on the databases
* Resolving customer queries via phone and email
* Processing any amendments, and changing details on the system
* Deal with internal and external enquiries
* Providing general admin support to the team
Ideal Candidate:
* Ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
* Tenacity and drive to resolve customer issues
