Joining a small team environment, at a senior level, this role will see you playing a key part in the delivery of service to key and escalated customers. Duties might range:-
Escalated customer management as a key point of contact
Written correspondence and creation/submission of reports to clients
Budget management – overseeing budgets for parts/supplier orders
After-sales care to customers
Customer database management
Policy writing and improvement
Complaint handling / investigation and resolution
