Background
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking for a new challenge based within the university sector. This opportunity would suit a candidate who enjoys a pro-active and engaging role, collaborating closely with colleagues from other departments and external stakeholders. The role holder will manage a team and lead on complex administrative and data processes to ensure our students receive the best possible experience at all touchpoints.
The successful candidate will lead on specific areas within the team to include:
Leading on the organisation of applicant interviews to ensure the applicants to our Health courses receive a positive experience at their interview with our academic, and external stakeholder colleagues
Producing clear, written reports and statistical data and analysis
Independently resolving day-to-day issues relating to operational activities, implementing solutions and developing efficient and effective processes.
Managing the uniform process for the health faculty, ensuring an excellent student experience.
The University also offers the opportunity to develop and learn a variety of new skills for both professional and personal development. You will be educated to GCSE standard or an equivalent with knowledge of the workings of the higher education sector.
The post holder will be based at the Canterbury Campus but will be also expected to travel to the Medway campus when required. The recruitment process will consist of a face-to-face interview and task.
