We are looking for a Level 6 Careers Advisor who is passionate about supporting young people and adults towards their next steps in education, training or employment. The post holder will work in schools, colleges and community settings supporting a range of beneficiaries delivering IAG, mentoring and group work.
The ability to adapt and be creative is a must within this role due the dynamic nature of the work and who you’ll be working with.

Main duties and responsibilities
Deliver workshop training and mentoring support to unemployed young people and adults in the community that enables the development of their personal, social and employability
Support work placements and other community opportunities and be confident working in detached and outreach settings.
Deliver independent CEIAG to young people in schools, colleges, or other institutions.
Work creatively and in a person-centred way, in a 121 or group setting.
In return for your skills and experience, you’ll receive the following benefits:
An annual salary of £26,398 – £31,554 per annum pro rata, depending on skills and experience
30-33 days holiday, plus bank holidays pro rata
Defined contribution pension scheme (matched by CXK up to 10% depending on length of service)
