A fantastic Accountancy Practice in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an Accounts Manager to build relationships with clients and have direct responsibility of client accounts and tax portfolios.

You will be leading client meetings and review Accounts & Tax returns to ensure compliance is being met. Strong delegation skills are needed to be able to prioritise and allocate work with Tax preppers to ensure a quality output and timely process. Setting performance measures, reviewing performance and taking action where necessary.

A successful candidate will have experience within practice and looking to confidently step up to a new role or sidestep their career. The accounts software being used is mainly Sage and Xero so experience with these packages is highly beneficial. You must be a strong role model in order to lead and develop the team, expressing high standards throughout.

This is an office based role, offering a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can be discussed based on experience.
