Payments Administrator - 6 month temporary role

We are currently seeking a Payments Administrator to join our client in the financial industry on a temporary role for 6 months. This would suit someone who has similar experience within the financial industry, who is currently seeking a role.
Duties include:
* Respond to customer payment queries, regarding missing payments, incorrect payments, refunds etc.
* Resolving any disputes regarding payments
* Processing payments within tight deadlines
* Processing cheques
* Processing documents and ensuring they are kept up to date
The ideal candidate:
* Has experience within the financial industry
* Ability to manage a high workload and use own initiative
* Great communication and attention to detail
