We are currently looking for an articulate and enthusiastic individual to support our service operation in Maidstone. This customer facing role will require you to liaise with our customers and to facilitate the following.
• Managing requests for workshop bookings
• Organising the diary and workload
• Greeting customers and processing there booking
• Liaising with the Technicians to progress all job
• Update the customers at the appropriate point
• Presenting results of the Visual Health Checks and upselling the appropriate requirements
• Preparing Job Cards and Pre-Picking Parts
A good understanding of IT will be crucial as their will be a requirement to use several computer systems both internally and through our manufacturers and suppliers. We will provide internal training to develop your skill within the role and to support the manufacturers training given. We would prefer to recieve applications from people with a motorcycle licence, a CBT as a minimum, with a full motorcycle licence beign a distinct advantage, but a strong passion for motorcycling is essential.
Benefits
• Salary will be dependent upon experience but will range from £24,000 to £26,000 basic salary plus bonus
