The Role
As an Event Coordinator – Outreach within our dynamic and award-winning team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping futures. Reporting to the Head of Outreach, you'll be the driving force behind our efforts to forge meaningful relationships with schools across Kent and Medway. Your mission? To craft, organise, and deliver inspiring outreach activities that raise aspirations and achievements among school and college students and the broader community.
What You'll Do
Build Bridges: Connect with schools, colleges and key stakeholders, developing partnerships that foster educational growth.
Inspire Change: Plan and execute outreach activities that motivate and support young learners, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Enhance Engagement: Work within the School and College Engagement Team, contributing to student recruitment, digital communications, and more.
Drive Innovation: Be part of a programme that combines outreach, media relations, market research, and student ambassador interaction to revolutionize higher education access.
Who We're Looking For
Skilled Communicator: Exceptional oral and written abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in IT, MS Word, and Excel.
Organized & Efficient: Expert in managing your diary and workload.
Passionate Advocate for Education: Committed to making education accessible to all.
