Property Administrator (Housing)
37.5 hours per week, (Monday – Friday)
Salary: £16k - £20k
We are the leading provider of specialist homelessness accommodation services to the South East, and we are searching for new staff looking to develop a career in housing. If you are looking to work for a vibrant young company, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Paramount Independent Property Services. We are looking for a proactive, conscientious individual with property management experience to join the team working from our Head Office in Rochester, Kent. The successful candidate would be working a 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm and 12pm – 8pm shift, Monday – Friday (rota), and would be providing administration support duties to our housing team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a can-do attitude, who will have a professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Receiving calls in a customer focused and polite manner
• Managing calls from our clients in respect to enquiries, including repairs and anti-social behaviour incidents
• Communicating and planning jobs for the external team
• Communicate with staff, clients and other agencies in a professional manner
• Respond to messages via email and telephone
• Updating events using our own database (training will be provided)
• Other duties necessary for the effective operation and positive reputation of the business.
Desired Experience & or Qualifications
• PC skills
• Experience in property management
• Good knowledge of excel, word and other computer packages
• Good communication skills – verbal and written
• Capacity to integrate with all stakeholder levels both internally and externally including the clients
• A caring and compassionate approach
• Good timekeeping skills
