Invicta Storage Systems are seeking a Project Manager/CAD Draughtsman to join our experienced team at our Margate head office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical ability and good communication skills (experience & understanding of storage solutions would also benefit but is not essential).
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion, producing detailed CAD drawings, liaising with clients and suppliers, coordinating with sales staff and site teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Working schedule: full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD LT or similar CAD software
• Prepare design proposals, layout plans, and technical documentation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to installation
• Conduct site surveys and interpret tender drawings
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Support the sales and operations teams with technical input where required
Requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD LT (essential)
• Experience in project management within a technical or construction environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
