JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor | Temp to Perm

SALARY: £12ph to £13ph

HOURS: 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Office Angels are excited to be working one with of our favourite clients in Ashford, a successful distribution company who have seen year after year growth, so much so they are expanding into new larger purpose-built offices in the near future.

This is a Temp to Perm role start immediately, you will be offered full training and support working alongside the current Customer Service Advisor who has recently being promoted. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with ample free parking right outside the office.

The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:

* Answering inbound Customer Service calls
* Processing sales orders
* Answering product queries
* Responding to web enquiries, including processing web orders
* Resolving invoice and account enquiries
* Liaising with couriers via telephone and website on outgoing and incoming deliveries
* Coordinating returns and refunds
* Answering webchat enquiries
* Processing incoming payments, managing refunds, cheque processing
* Supporting the Sales team with administration
* Handling customer complaints, ensuring a resolution is met, keeping records of customer interactions
