Pastoral Manager
Salary: pro rata salary £19,687 - £22,274 (equivalent to £23,699 - £26,813)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week / Term time only
Start date: ASAP
The University of Kent Academies Trust are seeking to recruit experienced, hardworking individuals for the role of Pastoral Manager at Brompton Academy to manage student welfare and behaviour and promote a sense of personal excellence in students.
Our new Pastoral Managers will need to be confident, professional and approachable communicators as they will be liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including staff, students, parents/carers and the wider community. The successful applicant should have good time management skills, be able to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach to work as priorities could change at short notice.
The successful applicant will be coming to a multi-academy trust wide supportive learning environment, characterised by open management, and in the knowledge that they will enjoy the full support and care of the pragmatic (and down to earth) leadership team.
