Customer Care Administrator

Mid Kent 

£24K DOE

My client, based in Sittingbourne is looking to recruit an experienced customer care administrator to join their fast paced, friendly team.

Duties will include:

Answer first line customer service queries
Support in any crisis management as required
Assist in the development of the customer service log
Liaise and work with all internal departments to support the resolution of customers queries and complaints
Work with the order processing team where appropriate
Assist with the on-boarding process for new customers 
The right candidate will have/ be:

Have experience of working within a B2B customer service role
Display exemplary communication skills
Constructively champion the needs of the customer with internal colleagues
Be proactive and demonstrate initiative
Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook
Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
