Customer Service Advisor - Kings Hill
Do you have proven customer service/support experience?

If so, our well-regarded Kings Hill based client is actively seeking a Customer Service Advisor to represent their company whilst providing first-class service to their clients, maintaining their exceptional reputation and high standards.
Key skills and responsibilities:
* Establish long lasting relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
* Identify and assess customers' needs and requirements to achieve satisfaction
* Responsible for answering customer enquiries via incoming calls and emails, resolving in a first-time response, where possible
* Challenge the status quo and work with the suppliers to explore and investigate all possible solutions to obtain a query resolution to ensure the best outcome for the customer.
* Logging all queries that are unable to be resolved
* Utilise the supplier working meetings to build rapport and relationships
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and processes to ensure consistent and communication
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
* Work closely and proactively with the billing lead and portfolio administrator to ensure that KPIs are achieved
* Manage inbound written customer correspondence
Applicants will need a strong educational background, experience of providing exceptional customer service/support along with superb phone contact handling skills/active listening. Experience of working in the energy services market would also be desirable, although not essential.
