We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team, working within our Kent Hub. We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer who has passion for technology to join our existing team.

You will respond to tickets and change requests within your team, identifying the work priorities and ensuring that they are delivered in line with Service Level Agreements and/or project plan. In addition, you will use your skills to provide training (in-person and via teams) to support our Service Delivery Team.

The position requires a systematic approach towards identifying and solving problems, using a mix of customer-facing and technical skills. You will interact with customers, technical managers and suppliers to deliver trusted, solution focused, timely responses in an approachable manner. You will be expected to demonstrate examples of good customer service, troubleshooting throughout your current role and the personal attributes you would bring to the role.

What you will need to succeed:

· Experience in supporting corporate/educational IT systems and services, including Windows clients/servers, LAN, WAN, VoIP, Office365 and Apple iOS.

· Be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal and communication skills t

· Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

· Experience of being in an IT service in an educational setting is desirable but not essential

· Full training will be provided on the Trust's specific applications and operating procedures
