We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused IT Support Assistant to join our small IT team. You’ll be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, delivering technical support and troubleshooting across a range of systems — with a strong emphasis on Microsoft products and bespoke legal industry software.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues e.g. related to Office 365, Windows Server 2022/2019, Acronis, Windows 11, printers, software, and basic hardware.
Maintain accurate records of all support requests in the ticketing system.
Assist in setting up new user accounts, desktops, and mobile devices.
Following best practices for incident, request, and problem management.
Travel to other offices will be required occasionally.

We work with a range of technologies, so the work is often varied and sometimes challenging. Equally, it will allow you to expand and develop your practical IT knowledge while working collaboratively with a motivated and friendly team. We are looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail, a quick learning ability, and a friendly and concise approach.
