Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
Salary: £22-25,000
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with 2nd line support
- Call, email and social media monitoring on a fortnightly bases to ensure that the 1st line agents are providing excellent customer service
- Assessing how customer journeys can be improved
- Dealing with FAQs from customers Liaising with internal stakeholders such as marketing and sales to ensure that the customers experience is positive
- Reviewing internal process in order to circulate to the rest of the team
What you'll need
- Excellent Customer service experience is essential, you must understand what great customer service looks like and be able to provide feedback to others regarding their customer service performance
- Problem-Solving skills People Orientated and empathetic Excellent Communication Skills
- Innovative and Forward thinking Have a passion for the future of technology
- Proficient in the use of MS Office packages
