Customer Service Co-Ordinator
West Malling
Temporary to Perm
£27,000 pro rata
Monday- Thursday, 9am - 5:30pm. Fridays 8:30am - 4:30pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join my client's well established, reputable team based in Mid Kent, on a temp to perm basis.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience within a Customer Service environment, with key skills suited for this area of work. Looking for an immediate starter for Monday 19th December.
Duties include:
* Answering all calls and emails are ensuring they are responded to within the agreed SLAs
* Responsible for ordering all materials for the department
* Liaising with sub-contractors weekly and following up regarding outstanding payments
* Preparing and sending annual servicing letters all customers
* To schedule all inspections for the Quality Control Manager and Customer Service Manager
* Updating the database regularly in time for weekly Customer Service meetings as well as attend the Customer Service meetings
* To provide secretarial and typing support for the Customer Service Manager or Associate Customer Service Director
* General administrative and secretarial support to the management team as required
The successful candidate will have/ be:
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* A confident communicator both face to face and over the phone
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Able to adhere to tight deadlines
* Able to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
* IT literature and comfortable using different computer systems and databases
