Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join my client is a forward-thinking, friendly and inclusive company. You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer service and always aiming to exceed customer expectations. If you already have Customer Service experience and would like to join a vibrant team with great company benefits and lots of career opportunities, then this may be the role for you!



This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to get out of retail and into an office environment, or for somebody already in an office environment, looking for a new challenge!



Duties include:



* Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email in line with the company's agreed SLA's
* Dealing with customer complaints
* Developing strong relationships with all customers
* Processing payment requests
* Setting up customer accounts
* Promoting the company's products and services (full training given!)



The successful candidate will have / be:



* Previous experience in a Customer Service environment (retail ok!)
* Comfortable picking up the phone
* Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
* A team player
* A strong attention to detail
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities at one time
* A quick learner



You are not going to be thrown straight into the deep end…. the successful candidate will have a 6 week training plan to get them up to speed with the products, systems and processes; there is a strong support network for continued training and development.
