System Administrator - (No calls) - £22,000
The company operate a Hybrid working scheme and offer 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their team, due to growth. They are looking for an experienced, organised individual who uses their own initiative and is keen to get stuck into a role.
Responsibilities:
* Day to day support and administration of our CRM system
* First-line response to user queries and issues that arise
* Maintain good records for the users in the system
* Monitor a support ticketing system
* Ad-hoc project work when required.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and Outlook
