This is an opportunity to join a national brand, at their Head Office: based in central Tunbridge Wells!
The company have built an exceptional reputation throughout their industry, and having recently moved office, they are now keen to recruit a receptionist to the T Wells team.
Busy role, ranging- operating switchboard and handling incoming telephone enquiries, meeting and greeting guests (once office re-opens to public), scheduling meetings and setting out meeting rooms, and managing the shared email inbox. General admin such as entering client data and documents into the internal system, and liaising with teams in other offices as needed.
Salary £circa 21,500 w/ experience. Free parking nearby.
Monday - Friday 9-5,30
