We have an exciting receptionist opportunity with our specialist health insurer clients based in Tunbridge Wells.



Requirements

* A confident and outgoing attitude.
* Strong technical skills.
* Customer Service/ Admin Experience.
* Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
* Polished manner.



Responsibilities:

* Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
* Respond to email inquiries.
* Assist with administrative tasks.
