PowaKaddy International, the Sittingbourne based leading manufacturer of premium Electric Golf Trolleys, is looking for Customer Services Advisors with strong communication skills to become part of the team. We are looking for three candidates: one Permanent and two Seasonal candidates.
The successful candidates will be required to respond to telephone calls and emails from consumers, retailers, international distributors and the external sales team, process orders, deal with queries either on a sales or minor-technical nature, assist with call rounds, process sales orders/credits, and arrange collections.
Previous experience working in a customer service background would be useful but not essential as full training will be given. You will have good communication skills with the ability to get along with people.
The full-time Permanent role will be 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday). The hours for the Seasonal roles are very much negotiable but we are looking for people who would love to come back to work with us every season, which is typically March to September each year. The Seasonal roles would, therefore, suit someone who doesn’t want to necessarily work through the winter months.
