The team is pivotal in ensuring the University meets its obligations to external bodies, such as the Office for Students and Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies, and stays current with sector best practice in quality assurance.

About the Role

As part of our team of Quality Assurance Administrators, the post holder will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the University’s quality assurance activity and procedures. This includes administering external examiner procedures, and support and triage for communication channels. The work will involve supporting quality assurance events both at the University and Collaborative Partners, as well as supporting committee meetings and producing effective minutes. The post holder may assist in the maintenance of policy and procedural documentation.
