Joining a highly established and award-winning company, you will receive full training, to take on an important role - as the first point of contact for the company.

Working as part of a dynamic team, your role will entail:-
- Receiving and making telephone calls to customers, allocating them to the correct team;
- Managing shared email inboxes, writing communications to clients or referring them to the correct departments;
- Booking and managing diaries for meeting rooms, client visits and staff members;
- Managing schedules via a bookings system, confirming, amending and changing appointments as needed;
- Administrative tasks such as updating internal databases and systems;
- Ad hoc tasks such as administrative support to other teams including finance and marketing.

Could be an ideal first office job for someone with experience in retail or hospitality!

Mon-Fri 9-5,30

£24,000 + paid over time (optional)

Superb office environment - with great transport links & free parking

Welcoming team environment and company culture - many joined in this role!

Career prospects!

For success in this role, you must be able to commute to Tunbridge Wells on a Mon-Fri basis; must have good written and verbal communication skills including telephone manner; and will enjoy a busy and varied role representing the company!
