Working from fabulous offices near to Tonbridge (applicants must drive!), this is a newly created permanent vacancy, designed as a great move for someone who will enjoy day-to-day involvement with the smooth running of the company’s finance and operations.

You will join a friendly & welcoming team, responsible for all areas of business operations from finance to project planning/support.

Any experience with Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, SAGE or a similar system would be beneficial – training will be provided!

Day-to-day, reporting into an Operations Manager, your role will encompass:-
Company expenses administration – booking travel, accommodation and signing off expenses
Invoicing
Bank reconciliations
Producing reports
Managing email and telephone enquiries
Liaising with and placing orders from suppliers
Ad hoc involvement across the business, such as supporting company events and administrative support to the sales team.
