JOB OPPORTUNITY AT CHART HILLS – We have an exciting opportunity at Chart Hills Golf Club for a Commis chef/Kitchen Assistant that will provide a crucial role in supporting the team in the kitchen operations. You will need to be responsible for helping in food preparation and helping to maintain the cleanliness and smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring that the food safety standards are met and maintained to a high standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the chosen candidate to join our exciting business & team.
The role will be working five days per week, including some evenings and weekends. Training will be provided where needed.
The roles:
· Manage a section within the kitchen and prepare menus
· Preparation of dishes to the highest quality needed after training
· Comply with all relevant health and safety, and food safety standards
· Ensure the kitchen is maintained to a safe and hygienic level
The candidate:
To successfully fulfil this role, candidates should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values as follows:
· Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
· Positive attitude and excellent organisation
· Good communication skills
· Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
· Ability to work alone and within a team
Job Type: Permanent
Rate of pay dependant on experience.
