Housekeeper – Barretts Canterbury

Barretts of Canterbury are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. This position is ideal for individuals, who take pride in their work and strive for excellence in every task.

Duties
• Perform cleaning duties in our showrooms/workshops, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a housekeeper role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning protocols.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a friendly working environment.
