There is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified person to play a crucial role in the operations of our school. The post holder will supervise entire classes during the absence of a teacher and ensure that the teacher’s lesson instructions are followed.
The post is required from November 2024 for 32.5 hours per week for 43.6 paid weeks per year. The salary will be pro rata to £23,106 for a full-time appointment. In addition, the school also runs a bonus payment scheme linked to appraisal and Benenden Healthcare is provided for any staff wanting to take up the opportunity.
The successful candidate will need to possess the ability to give firm, fair and clear directions to pupils in relation to the teacher’s instructions, and be comfortable about maintaining good behaviour in the classroom.
