Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day to day running of a fast paced kitchen
* Supervise and lead the Catering team
* Assist the Management team in stock inventory management and order supplies
* Oversee and manage all recipes and prepared food dishes are correct and maintained to the highest quality of standards at all times
* Supervise the overall cleanliness of the kitchen

Requirements:

* Previous experience as Head Chef is desirable, as is a passion and drive to inspire others around them and the kitchen team
* Excellent knowledge of kitchen processes and in-depth understanding of all of the aspects within a commercial kitchen
* Good working knowledge and understanding of computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
* Food hygiene and Health and Safety qualifications required
* Commercial awareness
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong leadership and team management skills
