Temporary Chef required

This role required an Enhance DBS on the update service

Weekday and weekends



Duties

* Plan and cook meals from the menu chosen by the school and follow all dietary guidelines, including portion control.
* Cleaning of kitchen and dining room area,
* You will be lone working but with the support of staff
* Passing on purchase orders for food required for school groups attending site
* Ensure the security of the kitchen and storerooms is maintained at all times to provide a safe and hygienic working environment.



Required

* Experience of cooking and catering for large groups (150-250)
* Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate
* Basic awareness of COSHH
* Experience of using a range of catering equipment and appliances
* Previous experience of working in a commercial kitchen environment
* NVQ Level 2 in Catering
* Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate
