Student Summer Temporary work (Hybrid working with two days per week in their office in Finsbury Square)

£14.90 per hour + Holiday Pay.

* Serve as the main point of contact, providing expert advice.
* Drafting and reviewing agreements, processing applications
* Handle enquiries, complaints, in a prompt and professional manner, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
* Responding to emails from clients regarding booking enquiries

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Proficient in MS Office
