Ardent Group 365 Ltd is a forward-thinking IT & Telecommunications managed service provider in the east of Kent Established in 1999. Our primary market sector is small to medium business, but we also work for Schools, PCT and NHS sites.

The Role:
Your responsibilities will include the following, but is not limited to:
• Field Engineer on customer sites.
• Helpdesk Engineer working from our office location.
• Support of Client devices to include Laptops, desktops, personal devices in Server and Cloud Environments.
• Cyber Security services to client devices using the latest assets and protocols.
• Support for business messaging systems.
• Assisting clients both on-site and remotely using the very latest RMM, PSA and Security tools.
• Diagnosis and maintenance of systems, server, and cloud applications.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of Windows OS, Mac and client software applications, Office 365 administration and cloud applications.
• Firewall, Switches, Routers – Configuration and Maintenance.
Working Hours: Our working hours will be from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch.
Place of work: Primarily at our office in Herne Bay and customer’s sites.
The Candidate:
We are encouraging applications from well organised, detail-oriented candidates that work well to tight deadlines and are keen to drive performance and play a part in the success of a close-knit team and have an excellent professionalism. Below are requirements we expect candidates to have:
• UK Driving License
• Ideally 2 years’ experience in the IT industry
• Industry qualifications from either Microsoft, Cisco, Comptia or equivalent
• Ability to work to deadlines and work in an organised and efficient manner.
• High level of customer service and communication skills
• Display an ability to adapt to given situation and react positively to these situations.
