Dartford Primary Academy has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide support for pupils within our school. The successful candidate will need to have relevant experience and/or qualifications in working with primary-aged children. We are also looking for the successful applicant to have a proven high standard of both spoken and written English and Mathematics. Being able to communicate effectively with children and adults is essential, together with a friendly and approachable manner. The successful candidate will be able to work using their own initiative and can demonstrate effective behaviour management skills. In return, they will join a supportive environment with plenty of development opportunities within the academy and across the wider Trust. This job will give you the opportunity to work in a globally-minded school where the personal development of our children is paramount to all we do.

This is a fixed term opportunity until July 2025 and offers an actual salary £19,801 per annum (£22,714 full time equivalent) based on 37.5 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset.
