People Support Manager

Reporting to the Head of People Shared Services, you’ll lead and manage a responsive, efficient, and trusted people support and administrative service for the full colleague lifecycle in an accurate and timely manner.

You’ll also focus on developing and empowering the team to deliver a responsive and value-added service and ensuring improved process implementation and development.

This role will be based at Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne, Kent, where you’ll be expected to be on site for a minimum of two days per week.

What you'll have
• Extensive experience of leading a People administrative team within a large organisation, providing expert advice and guidance of the colleague lifecycle.
• Knowledge and understanding of standard employee lifecycle processes and procedures; alongside excellent knowledge of employment law.
• Strong people management experience, commitment to delivering excellence through others and nurturing a collaborative one team working approach.
• Significant experience of using HR Information Systems, effective use of people reporting and data analytics to drive delivery standards, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Professional CIPD and/or People qualification or equivalent experience.

Closing Date: Sunday 12 May 2024
Interviews are expected to be held in person at our offices in Kent Science Park on Thursday 23 May 2024.
