HR Business Partner (Part time - 3 days a week)
£38,000 - £45,000

Huntress is currently looking to recruit an HR Business Partner working three days a week for our Maidstone based client.

The role will be reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, this is a standalone HR Business Partner with responsibility for dealing with all operational HR matters and providing HR support, advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

* Operational / day to day management of all HR matters
* To deal with all aspects of HR admin, updating HR systems, HR data and information
* To provide advice, guidance and take action on recruitment, employment, employee relations, absence management, monitoring of leave, maternity, paternity, grievance, disciplinaries and investigations
* Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements

Key Skills and Experience

* HR Professional & CIPD qualified
* Minimum 5 years relevant HR experience
* Able to provide practical advice, support and guidance to the Board / Directors, Managers and Staff
