Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for Part Time - End of Tenancy Cleaners to work throughout Kent and Medway
The role entails:
• Carrying out specialised tenancy cleaning services to a high standard
• Deep cleaning all rooms
• Deep cleaning items and areas such as the oven and hob, washing machines, baths, toilets, sinks, showers, fridges, freezers, internal windows, door frames, furniture, fixtures and fittings
• Tackling “built up” problems including mould and limescale
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• The ability to follow a job checklist, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time
• Undertaking job completion reports, ensuring that you have taken photos
• Ensuring that all chemicals and products are used correctly and safely and that PPE is worn
• The ability to meet deadlines and to work within agreed time frames
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but is not essential as training will be provided
• Having a valid DBS or being willing to complete one
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• The ability to handle equipment and machinery, some may be heavy
• A full UK driving licence would be desirable but this is not essential
Other details:
• Monday to Friday (until 18:00) - £12 per hour
• Monday to Friday (After 18:00) - £18 per hour
• Saturday (all hours) - £18 per hour
• Sunday/Bank Holidays (all hours) - £36 per hour
