If you have exceptional Administrative experience and a background within Recruitment we have the perfect position for you, working for an extremely reputable company within the medical sector.

This position is working for a professional organisation, in the centre of the beautiful city of Canterbury, close to local shops and food outlets to enjoy or a walk by the canal and Cathedral on your lunch break.

Please find all the details below:

Job Title: Internal Recruitment Administrator

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 9:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: £22,500 - £24,500

Hybrid: 1 day working from home, once you pass your probationary period

Location: Canterbury, Kent, close to public transport

Your duties as an Internal Recruitment Administrator would be:

* To work closely with external recruitment agencies and direct candidates, providing assistance and support throughout the recruitment process.
* Processing applicants efficiently by forwarding a candidate's CV.
* Checking diary availability and booking interviews for successful candidates with the designated Manager.
* Keeping recruitment agencies informed on current recruitment needs and any changes to recruitment requirements within the company.
* To be the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries from recruitment agencies and direct candidates.
* Undertaking all compliance in line with the requirements of the Managers.
* Ensuring safer recruitment is adhered to throughout all aspects of your work.
* To provide weekly recruitment reports and report to the HR officer when requested.
* Monitor the recruitment inbox.
* Maintenance of compliance, ensuring all expiration dates are updated prior to expiring i.e, DBS checks, right to work checks and professional indemnity insurance renewal.
* Ensuring right to work checks are carried out in accordance with the audit schedule.

Skills/experience required:

* Experience of working within a recruitment or compliance role.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritise workloads and manage different tasks at once.
* Committed to providing the best quality service and building relationships with external recruitment agencies.
* Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal and the ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals.
* Able to establish and maintain productive professional relationships with colleagues.
