We have an urgent requirement for an Experienced Individual to join our client and offer Administrational Support within their busy HR Team.
This will be a varied role that will require you to carry out a wide array of tasks. You will assist with placing adverts for roles and then deal with the initial responses, carrying out the initial screening questions of candidates. You will update the website with all current vacancies ensuring all details are correct. You will arrange interviews and ensure all correct documentation is in place and you will send out offers to candidates after the interviews. Once someone has accepted you will ensure all the induction processes are in place for the new starter.
Ideally you will have a background within HR or Recruitment, however if you have extensive Office Administration background you could be considered for the role. IT skills are essential as you will be using a bespoke CRM system as well as Microsoft packages. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to this role.
The hour of work are 30 hours per week which can be over 4 or 5 days and this will be a Temporary role with an immediate start
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
