Are you ready for something new?

As a growing organisation, we have an opportunity in our friendly Finance Department based in Tunbridge Wells. The team provides finance activities for our charity which offers support and opportunities to people, families, and communities across the South East.

We’re looking for someone with great maths skills and experience of bookkeeping and finance software. Among other responsibilities, you’ll set up new suppliers, manage purchasing functions for projects and facilities, raise invoices and claim gift aid. You should be confident communicating by phone and email, and able to offer great customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.

Based in a fast-paced office, you will manage a varied workload, prioritising tasks and responding to the needs of Imago projects and services. You will need exceptional attention to detail, accurate data entry, and good organisation and time management. You should have excellent Excel skills, and experience of using QuickBooks would be an advantage.

This is a full-time role, and a car driver is preferred. Imago offers a supportive work environment and generous benefits package for employees.
