My client has enjoyed a long and sustained period of growth which is set to continue over the next few years. The addition of a Commercial Manager will play a pivotal part within this strategy.
You`ll work with the wider business team, ensuring that you support commercial decisions with sound financial insight and reporting. Production of a full set of management accounts (with analysis and commentary) alongside all statutory reporting requirements. You`ll additionally look to develop both the small finance team and in conjunction with them, review processes, procedures and controls to ensure that the quality and timeliness of information to the business is further improved.
Candidates will be fully qualified, and need to have experience of, and be comfortable with, a `hands on` flexible approach, with a willingness to be involved in the day to day finance. There is plenty of scope to improve the way the finance department operates and as such, anyone with process, system or procedure improvement would be very useful.
