Supporting the Finance Business Partner, this role plays a key part in providing accounting and management information into the group.
Main Tasks include
- Manage and control of the cash flow forecasting module, ensuring that actuals match the accounting system, and that forecasts are accurately reflected within the module
- Manage and assist with collating monthly management packs, preparation of monthly management accounts, updating development appraisals and preparing monthly forecasts with variance analysis.
- Assists in the preparation, and development of ad hoc management reports
- Work with the FBP in preparation of commercial analysis of key financial data to influence regional decision making.
- Work with the FBP in the preparation of monthly board meeting packs and challenge/ develop quality of information.
- Undertakes other ad hoc duties as, and when, required.
