We are working with a well-established business based in Dover who are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience handling accounts payable functions and whom is looking for a hybrid working pattern.

The responsibilities include:

* Creating all payments within the finance system and manually on the banking platforms.
* Responsible for all invoices from approval to submission and payment.
* To manager the supplier details.
* To open, review and distribute all post.
* Managing the queries and to escalate when required.
* To work with internal parties to resolve complaints.
* To review statements to ensure the creditors balance is accurate.
* Responding to all queries from internal and external parties.

To be proficient in this role, you will need:

* Experience handling a high volume of transactions.
* Experience dealing with accounting related queries.
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
* Self-disciplined and organised with a proactive nature.
* Strong attention to detail.

The Package includes:

* Competitive salary £24,000-£26,000/annum.
