Training Administration Manager
This role requires an independent, organized, and relationship-building person. As Training Administration Manager, you will be the main point of contact for trainers and the Training Delivery Manager. You will oversee community training and contract management, handle participant communication, manage examinations, track learner progress, ensure timely payment processing, and ensure contract compliance with awarding bodies. Attention to detail, professionalism, and prison vetting are essential.

Able to plan, develop, organise and implement administrative functions to support the organisation's wider aims.
Able to plan and manage own time effectively to prioritise workload and meet deadlines and within budget.
Able to respond positively to changes in workplace environment and responsibilities.
Able to create good, working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
Appreciation of the sensitivities of working with offenders with the ability to listen to others and respond appropriately; promptly responds to requests accurately and in a courteous manner
Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and a real desire to add value, proactive and self-motivated with good time management skills
IT capability - e.g. a good level of competence in Excel, Outlook and Word, and other computer skills
Financially aware - and comfortable with numbers/figures
Awareness of the provisions of the Data Protection Act and be able to apply these with the organization
Maintain high levels of security and safeguarding and confidentiality
Role Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee the Training Hub and refer learners to Referral Coordinator and employment and support Coaches. Serve as the main point person for registering and enrolling learners on relevant databases during course durations. Source and order merchandise and obtain competitive quotes, process orders, delivery notes, and invoices; maintain a budget and stock control.
* Timely communication with training partners to ensure all data is accurately reflected in their systems
* Strengthening partnerships with boroughs, branches, recruiters, and job centers with the Referral Coordinator.
* Offering pastoral support to participants who do not meet the criteria for the Employment Support Coaches
* Manage a training calendar to maximise referrals and outcomes
* Manage intern and volunteer schedules effectively.
